CONSTRUCTION DEFECT
We represent general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers in all aspects of construction defect claims.
Our attorneys have the knowledge and experience to meet the needs of our clients while effectively maintaining costs.
INSURANCE FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS (SIU)
We have extensive experience in assisting insurance companies with investigation of suspicious claims. This includes conducting numerous Examinations Under Oath and providing detailed coverage opinions as to potential fraud claims.
TRANSPORTATION DEFENSE
We have successfully represented individuals and businesses facing significant liability claims arising out of vehicle accidents and property loss.
