Joshua M. Bryan is a Senior Counsel of the Sandhu Law Group.

Josh's practice consists primarily of representing insurers and insureds in first and third-party claims across a variety of personal and commercial lines, including defense of high exposure and catastrophic claims in the areas of premises liability, transportation, auto accidents, and subrogation.
Throughout his career, Josh has successfully resolved hundreds of pre-litigation and litigated matters. Josh has handled all phases of litigation including pre-litigation advice, discovery, all forms of ADR, dispositive motions, trials, and appeals.
Josh's prior experience includes general liability and insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage opinions and litigation, mortgage banking litigation, employment litigation, and business litigation.
Josh is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also admitted to the United States Federal Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
